I’m itching to start my new planner but before I do I thought I’d open it up and give you a little look at what’s exactly in it. There’s a ton of space to write, stamp, stick or what ever you fancy in there and I’ll be making good use of every centimetre.
Don’t you just love these colours? They’re the new A5 planners by Simple Stories and they’re adorable. The binders come in Black, Robin’s Egg Blue, Coral, Aqua, Platinum and Pink. I think my favourite is the Aqua but the Platinum is just as delicious.
Inside the A5 Split Leather Planner you get: (1) metal charm, (12) monthly calendar pages, (12) monthly tabbed dividers, (72) weekly inserts (1) A5 Tablet and (6) assorted inserts.
Tonnes of space to keep stuff and plenty of room on the pages to add your own personal touch too.
If you want to see more here’s the video by Simple Stories made for the CHA conference in the Summer.
If you’re interested in having one of these planners I’ll be taking pre-orders for the shop. They’ll be €42.00 excluding postage and I’ll be ordering them very soon so I can have them in the New Year. Just think of it as a Christmas present to you! Surely we deserve it!
If you’d like one just send me a mail: jaine@basementstudio.lu letting me know which colour you prefer. Once they come in I’ll let you know and you can pay for them through the shop. You can also order directly through the shop here.
I can’t wait for mine to arrive, I’ll be itching to personalize it.
In the studio card making production has gone into overdrive. There’ll be glitter and sequins flying all over the place.
The shop has some of my favourite things for Christmas crafting at the moment and it’s all I can do to keep my hands off them!! Firstly for anyone needing to create a quick card or two I’ve put together these card kits. The kit includes 5 blank cards and envelopes, a gorgeous stamp from Indigoblu, a mini Versafine ink pad (water resistant for using water colour paints etc), some twine and enough backing papers to get you started. If you click on the picture it’ll take you directly to the shop so you don’t have to search around for them.
Also I’m so in love right now with this Dutch Doobadoo stencil of stars. It’s an A5 size so is perfect for card backgrounds or journals.
As well as the Indigoblu stamps in the card kit there’s also this much bigger A6 size Christmas stamp called Baubles Flourish and I think it’s my favourite.
If you like a bit of the shiny stuff too – and lets face it who doesn’t? I’ve got flakes also from Indigoblu to complement the stamps.
December 2nd is here already and I know lots of you have been making cards and decorations weeks in advance but, here in the studio, I’m only just starting to think about it which is totally like me. I’m so last minute, why change now?
Anyway, I thought I’d make some tags and show you a couple of ideas for firstly finding inspiration which, let’s face it, is sadly lacking at times and, secondly, making it quicker to make multiples of things. So lets get on with it.
