I’m so late in posting this but seriously there aren’t enough days in the week at the moment. It’s been a couple of weeks now since I got back from Stitches trade show in the UK. It was an absolutely amazing time because this year I actually had my very own little part of the NEC which was all mine. It was all thanks to CHA UK who for the very first time opened up their stand to include us designer members and give us a place to showcase our work to the world.

Well I’m feeling a bit ashamed of myself for missing a week of blogging but it’s been quite full on some good, some bad and some amazing. Last Monday I didn’t get around to journaling which hurt me greatly (I get really antsy if I don’t do something creative) but by the end of the week I’d made up for it with a bit of a quickie which is here. Some pretty simple drawing with a dip pen and black ink which I’d totally forgotten I used to love. I’m just getting back to normal, (what ever ‘normal’ is) after the break and I’m eager to get going again. I’ve not had time to do anything in my journal for the past few weeks and I’m way behind with my December daily but it’s still out on my table for now in the hope I’ll get it finished sometime within the next week or so. If not, I’ll just put it away for next year.
I think 2016 is promising to be a very exciting year and I’m looking forward to lots of new things ahead.
So to start things off for this year I’ve decided to offer everyone 20% off in the shop. There’s also a discount on the Christmas stamps from IndigoBlu so even more saving to be made there. Just use the discount code BS20JAN16 at checkout.
We are so happy to announce that after months of work and planning the shop is finally open. It’s all thanks to my amazing husband Martin who has worked like a trooper to build the web site and shop and without him it wouldn’t have been possible.
I know it’s early days and there are bound to be hiccups, there always are in these sort of circumstances but on the whole I’m not expecting any dramas (she says fingers crossed).
Anyway, as I say on the banner, it’s full of the things I love and use regularly and I couldn’t be more proud.
You can visit the shop either by clicking the shop button at the top or on the photo on this blog post or simply by clicking here.
